Volunteers are the nuts and bolts moving the gears of the party. Volunteers are easily recognizable from a great distance because they have glowing halos, they seem to float a few inches above the grass, they have a minstrel and much much more.
Why?
Because they make everything happen! There are many ways for people to contribute to WickerMan. The Man needs to be built, the gate has to be run, technical problems must be solved, the toilets must be unclogged, the list goes on.
Here is where we figure out who's doing what and how this is all going to work! |

Greenlady (me) and two friends, Harley and Selena, are planning to attend and would like to volunteer to serve as Greeters and on Registration (I'm an MS Office Power User). You can also count on us for Coffee Dragons help. |

That's fabulous!
Running the registration system requires training, so if you're able to arrive a day or two before WM starts, that would be great! |

Hi Guys!
I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Hannah and I'm going to be doing the Volunteer Coordinating for Wickerman 2010!
So From Tuesday, June 15th to Saturday, June 19th (five solid days) We are going to be needing volunteers to help construct the man! (This is a great chance to participate when it counts, and watch it all burn to the ground!!!)
Okay so we'll need about 5 - 6 people on that per day, and of course, the more the merrier.
Also very important-- Greeters!
We will be needing about 30 volunteers for greeting, 10 per day for 3 days.
If everybody can pitch in and take a shift, no one has to spend all their time in one place.
Also, there will be an exclusive-inclusive VIP alien Dance party and performance that will be put on for all volunteers... stay tuned!
So, if everyone who wants to put in a shift would post and what they wanted to volunteer for, I could put them on the schedule!

I sat at the greeter table by the farmhouse on Thursday and Friday last year, and really enjoyed it -- so put me down for morning shifts on both those days again. I have theme camp programming in the afternoon, or I'd stay on for then too... |

I'm still planning to arrive on Tuesday and help with greeting and admin and stay through everything -- unless the decentennial census still needs me. One temp job in two years and they now say they might not be done with me by June 11 as they originally promised. I do apologize that my life is in this much chaos right now. It ain't that much fun for me, either! |

I'm a friend of Robert's that he is bringing along this year. I would be happy to sit at the greeter table as well in the morning but also have the theme camp programming in the afternoon as well. |
