Registrations, Arrivals, Needed Info

    This year, the first year, we have no registration cap, ain't that grand!
    You can preregister for Wicker Man with check or Credit Card (Visa /MC only).
    You can be late and just show at the gate, but you will pay through the nose, cash (folding money) or credit card only.
    If you volunteer, the possibilities are endless. Go to the Volunteer page for info.

        Set Up Weekend      May 16, 17 and 18
    Just the normal camping charge at Four Quarters.
    $5 a night for Members, $10 for non-members; day trip to set up is no charge.

        $70, After May 20th, Cash (folding money) or Credit Card Only. Euros accepted, 1-1 exchange.

     About Tickets
      We do not mail out tickets! We maintain a registration database, our own merchant credit card facilities and our own on-line shopping cart. It's all very seamless and high-tech, Weird Mike made it that way. Once we have your registration info all you need do is present an ID at the gate and your paperwork will be waiting for you to sign. You will get a very artsy and cool WickerMan laminated card, sure to be a collectable.

     How to Register
      Call the office with your Credit Card info is the best way. Or to arrange a Mail In Check / MO (Received by May 20).
      We will get you in the database, answer your questions, debit that plastic. No muss, no fuss.

Weird Mike is the nerds nerd, so we have our own merchant credit card machine, cart and databases. We would never, ever use PayPal, as they work for the DARK SIDE! Really.

       Just show up at the Gate. We really don't like your lack of planning because it farks the fact that we do have to plan, so our plan is to fleece you for not having a plan.

     Info We Need
      We can't register you without:
     * Your LEGAL name and address to match your ID to.
    * Photo ID when you arrive at Wicker Man. No ID, no Wicker Man.

     About Pre-Registration
    * We will have you "On The List" when you arrive. Only the persons named and identified in a pre-reg order with proof of ID can sign in this way. It will save you a lot of waiting at registration because all your paperwork will be pre-printed and waiting for your signature.
    * You may buy as many pre-registration slots as you like for friends, family and acquaintances.
       Give us their names+addresses, and they will be "On The List" and can sign in individually
       Or buy bulk pre-registrations without their name and address info and they will be "Off The List." We will hold all of the blank registrations for you as 'Your Guests'. Means only you can give the blank registration to your friends, so a lot of people will be hanging around registration waiting for you to arrive after that flat tire on I-81. If someone is not arriving with you, we must have a real name/address to match their ID to the paperwork!
    * Members-rate preregs only apply for identified 4Q members!
    * Refunds? Up until the close of the last preregistration period (May 20). Pre-reg slots may be reassigned, just give us a call/email with the person's info.

     Wrist Bands, Minors and Children, other stuff
    * Can you bring your kids? Sure, but we do not recommend it if this is your first burn. Really, we don't. Read Policies and Ethics for more.
    * That said, minors under 16 are free, no charge. 16 and over are a full charge. We draw the line at sweet sixteen. Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian with paperwork.
    * Wrist Bands? You bet. Everybody, including minors, gets tagged. Read Policies and Ethics for the why of it.
    * Dogs? Cats? Snakes, Birds? No. Don't ask, the answer is no. Please, really, the answer is no.
